On this occasion, we had the privilege of collaborating with Blue Sport Stable in Denver, USA—a space that combines top-tier sports facilities with exceptional gastronomic services.




Traveling from Uruguay to Colorado to carry out this project was an unforgettable experience. For some of our team members, it was their first time seeing snow, and we even had the opportunity to try ice skating for the first time. These moments added a personal touch to what was already a high-impact professional challenge.


During these two weeks, we received unconditional support from incredible individuals who made everything flow smoothly. Project Objectives

Blue Sport Stable sought to optimize its digital marketing operations and strengthen its presence on social media and digital platforms across various key areas. The main objectives were:

  • Design a comprehensive digital marketing infrastructure.

  • Consolidate internal processes.

  • Build skilled work teams.

  • Provide training in digital tools.

  • Create and manage relevant social media content.

  • Develop a functional and attractive website.


Nuestro Enfoque

1. Personalized Digital Marketing Strategies

We immersed ourselves in Blue Sport Stable’s operations to understand their essence and specific needs. We designed an integrated digital marketing plan, from goal-setting to executing strategies tailored to their context and market.


2. Content Creation and Social Media

We created content reflecting the diversity and quality of sports activities offered by Blue Sport Stable:

  • Ice hockey

  • Ice skating

  • Baseball

  • Volleyball

  • Pickleball


We produced over 30 hours of audiovisual material and 700 professional photos, showcasing innovations like virtual golf simulators and the culinary offerings at The Eatery.


3. Website Development

The websites for Blue Sport Stable and The Eatery were redesigned to deliver an intuitive and efficient user experience. Key features include:

  • A virtual tour of the facilities.

  • Integrated booking systems for pickleball, virtual golf, ice hockey, ice skating, and basketball.

  • A structure focused on generating leads and inquiries.



4. Graphic Design

We modernized communication materials, addressing issues such as:

  • Posters with excessive information and unclear CTAs.

  • Designs lacking brand consistency.

We established consistent branding guidelines to professionalize communication and reinforce visual identity.





5. 360° Scans and Digital Infrastructure Optimization

We conducted over 1,000 scans of key areas such as courts, offices, and training zones to optimize the digital presentation of the facilities.



6. Systems and Processes

We redefined internal processes and integrated key systems like the employee portal and content directory. Additionally, we created a cohesive digital infrastructure, aligning the website, social media, and digital marketing strategies under a unified approach.





Challenges and Lessons Learned

Working in a broader market, different from Uruguay, presented challenges such as:

  • Adapting our digital marketing strategy to local cultural and commercial needs.

  • Managing tight timelines for planning and execution.

We learned to be more flexible and to strengthen our collaboration within international teams, highlighting the importance of strategic planning on digital platforms and social media.


Results

Thanks to this collaboration, Blue Sport Stable and The Eatery Superior achieved:

  • Increased digital presence and social media reach.

  • Streamlined booking processes and improved customer experience through the website.

  • Unified communication and branding across all digital platforms.

  • Optimized internal processes for greater efficiency.
